What is CONNi4?
The Connecticut Intensive Intervention Implementation Initiative (CONNi4)
- Is funded by the Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE)
- Addresses CSDE’s State Systemic Improvement Plan (Indicator 17) goal
- The State Identified Measurable Result (SIMR) for the Connecticut State Department of Education’s (CSDE) State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) is to increase the reading performance of all third-grade students with disabilities statewide, as measured by Connecticut’s English Language Arts (ELA) Performance Index.
- Includes 6 elementary schools from 4 districts in Cohort 1 (there are 2 cohorts)
- East Hartford, Newington, Southington, and Windham
